24 inch LED BoBo Balloon

Each BoBo balloon can be inflated to 24 inch diameter, made out of PVC, inflates using regular air, and when popped leaves no messy split pieces of balloon. Once inflated and assembled each balloon is attached to a 24 inch LED stick. With a simple press of the power button you can control and rotate through the multiple flashing modes.
